Penn-Del Appraisals is prepared to "over deliver" when attorneys and their clients require our valuation services. All appraisals are diligently researched, appropriately analyzed and thoroughly documented by State Certified Appraisers to withstand scrutiny in a court of law.

• Divorce Appraisals
  are conducted with sensitivity to the difficult circumstances and competing interests of the parties involved. Usually the Divorce Date is the Effective Date of the Appraisal, which guides the selection of Comparable Sales and Construction Cost Analyses.
  
  
• Estate Appraisals
  entail a similar sensitivity to family members and should help to satisfy the heirs' concern for an equitable distribution. Additionally, the appraisal provides the executor with defensible facts and conclusions meeting Federal (IRS) and State requirements.

All of our clients receive Digital copies of the appraisal report in .pdf format to promote efficient case preparation and file retention.

An Executive Summary of all pertinent facts and conclusions provides a quick reference for attorneys to maintain their focus and cadence in court.
